Space attributesThis space is suited for lectures, education training, arts performances, results presentations, award ceremonies and other events. Applications for renting the venue are welcome.

This space is rented by time period. If use runs into the next time period it must also be rented. One hour is reserved in the middle of the time period to change scenery; if rental is required please note the cost.

Morning: 9:00-12:00

Afternoon: 14:00-17:00

Evening: 18:00-21:00

Venue Usage Guidelines:
1.Applicants must comply with the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Usage and Application Directions for Site when applying to use the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall and its facilities.
2.The usage fee, subject to review by the review committee, can be found in the fee schedule for National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Space and Equipment Fee-charging Standards.
3. Please take good care of the equipment and facilities on the premises. Do not damage or add props or equipment without prior approval in the proposal.
4. When requesting a refund of the venue deposit or related fees, the applicant must bear the bank transfer fee of NT$10.
5. Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the venue, including the Auditorium, VIP Room, Preparation Room, and Gallery (1F).
6. Please plan entrance and exit routes and control the number of people entering the venue. Do not permit seating on the floor to ensure emergency exits remain clear, and be mindful of on-site noise control.
