Democracy Boulevard is the spacious walkway that extends from the main archway and Democracy Square to the stairs of the Memorial Hall. Measuring 40 meters wide and 380 meters long, the boulevard is paved with artificial stone flags. It serves as a frequent venue for arts and cultural performances that draw large crowds. The walkway is flanked by vibrant flowerbeds, and each year on National Day (October 10), the area is decorated with numerous national flags.
