In commemoration of the 250th anniversary of J.M.W. Turner’s birth in 2025, the largest global touring exhibition of his works will be presented at the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall from June 27 to October 12, offering audiences an exceptional opportunity to appreciate the brilliance of this artistic master.The exhibition features 80 original masterpieces by Turner alongside 28 outstanding works by leading contemporary artists. From his early, finely rendered depictions of the British countryside, to majestic portrayals of the ever-changing light of the Alps, and the poetic ambience of Venice, the exhibition offers a comprehensive journey through Turner’s extraordinary artistic career.
