Hubei Ecological Area

In order to bolster the biodiversity and landscape of Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Park and provide a place for teaching, environmental education, and relaxation for the public and elementary and middle school students, the Hubei Ecological Area was born. The park is divided into zones for endemic Taiwanese plants, fruit trees, and flowering plants, in accordance with the growth characteristics and properties of the various plants. There are explanatory signs next to the plants to provide visitors with an understanding of the vegetation in the park, encouraging greater care for the local ecology and environment.
