適用對象：本處圖書室提供國內外人士使用，請備妥身分證明文件，至本處服務台申請。
Eligibility: This library is open to domestic and foreign visitors. Applicants can use identification cards to make a reservation at the Information Desk of National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall.
申請方式：
(1)線上申請─填具申請日期、服務內容、申請人或單位名稱，留下聯絡方式，寄至服務信箱。
(2)電話申請─洽詢電話(02)2343-1100分機1191，林先生。
(3)現場申請─至本處服務台申請，開放時間為週一至週五9:00AM-5:00PM(其他休館日另行公告，如：年度機電保養日、天然災害臺北市停止上班等)。
Reservation Methods:
(1) Online – Please send an email stating reservation date, requested services, name of the applicant or organization and contact information to our mailbox.
(2) Phone – Please call Mr. Lin at (02) 2343-1100 ext.1191.
(3) In-Person – Please visit the Information Desk of National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall to make a reservation during opening hours on weekdays (except weekends and public holidays).
備註：
(1)本圖書室不提供自習及閱報服務。
(2)因應空間整頓，圖書室目前僅提供閉架圖書調閱服務。
Note:
(1) Self-study and newspaper reading services are unavailable in the library.
(2) Due to ongoing renovations, the library currently provides only Closed Stacks Retrieval Service.
