After entering Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Park from the Gate of Great Loyalty on Xinyi Road, walk to the right along the Anshan Rock Trail for about 30 meters to reach the Plum Blossom Area. This area features over 80 Gong-Fen Mume plums (Prunus mume). Primarily grown as ornamental trees, they produce stunning pink double blossoms from February through March each year.

Nearby, next to Yun Han Pond, you will find the White-flowering Edible Mume plums. These trees feature single, five-petaled white flowers that bloom early, around mid-January, with the plums maturing later in April and May. Additionally, near the park gate at the corner of Xinyi Road and Hangzhou South Road, you can admire the Pure Fragrance Mume plums (Prunus mume Tainung No. 1). Cultivated by the Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute, Ministry of Agriculture, these trees showcase fragrant, double-petaled blossoms in shades of white and pink, which come into full bloom in early January.
