  • Suggestions for increasing the size of the national flag in the square.
    • 2023-05-10

Our flagpole here stands at a height of 30 meters, which is different from the usual flagpole height. The longer a flagpole, the more it is affected by the wind at its tail end. If we increase the size of the national flag, it may be subjected to greater wind force than it can withstand. This may cause the flagpole to bend, which would be difficult to repair and expensive to replace. Moreover, if the size of the national flag exceeds the height of the average person, it may cause inconvenience during the flag-raising ceremony. Therefore, considering all these factors, the current length of the flagpole and the size of the national flag are appropriate, and we consider it advisable to maintain the current size of the national flag.
